About Me

I am a technology leader and innovator with over 20 years of experience at the intersection of science, engineering, and business. As former CTO of Redefine Meat and inventor on more than 40 patent families, I’ve built my career around transforming breakthrough ideas into real-world products.

With a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and a background in materials science and 3D printing, I bring a unique multi-disciplinary perspective. Today, besides my role at GFI, I advise organizations on how to shape their innovation strategies, protect their intellectual property, and accelerate product development.
